Personal Training

I conduct 1on1 personal training sessions with clients at Fitness First George St. Platinum, in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

The biggest advantage of training face to face with an experienced fitness professional like myself, is that I can teach you how to perform exercises correctly and safely, maximizing your progress while minimizing the risk of injury.

It's also great for people who are struggling to find the initial motivation to push themselves in the gym, as well as having someone to keep accountable and on-track with their nutrition.

1on1 training packages include:

  • Between 1-5 45-minute training session(s) per week
  • Individually-tailored resistance training and cardiovascular training programs
  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaching and support: Individually tailored approaches designed to help you learn optimal food choices and lifestyle management strategies stay on track.

  • Fortnightly check-in, body composition measurements and performance tests to ensure you’re headed in the right direction
  • SMS and Email support (24 hour response time)
