Personal Training

I conduct 1on1 personal training sessions with clients at Fitness First George St. Platinum, in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching is mostly suitable for highly motivated, intermediate-to-advanced level lifters with 3-4 years weight training experience.

Hi, I’m James - a Personal Trainer and Online Coach based in Sydney’s CBD. My main focus is optimizing body composition (or put simply, helping people lose fat and gain muscle).
